Company-Based Automations Now Visible on the Automation Metrics Page

Customers with Bullhorn Automation's Company V2 feature enabled can now view Company-based automation performance directly on the Automation Metrics page. A new Company-Based filter option has been added to the Automation Type dropdown, which surfaces step-level counts for Field Updates and Notifications generated by Company automations alongside existing candidate, sales, and contractor metrics. Metric data respects date range and group filters, and Company automation data is included in both CSV and PDF exports.

Why does it matter?

For teams running automations against company records, the Automation Metrics page previously offered no visibility into that activity. This update closes that gap, giving operations and automation administrators a single place to monitor performance across all automation types, with consistent reporting regardless of entity type.
